Refund Policy
We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.  Where goods have a manufacturing fault, have been incorrectly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do, you can choose between a refund or exchange

If goods are found to have a manufacturing fault, you can choose between exchange or refund. In some cases the manufacturer may be required to inspect the goods to determine the cause of fault.

 

If you change your mind within 7 days of receiving the goods, as long as the product has not been opened and is in its original packaging, you may return the item for a refund or exchange. Customers are responsible for the Freight costs, to return the product to and/ or to resend the new item back to the customer.

 

For manufacturer Warranty Claim, customers are responsible for the return postage fee.

 

You are required to contact us before an item will be accepted as a return. International purchases are to return goods to us for inspection. We will advise you the next step of returning the goods. All goods must be shipped in a strong box/ original packaging to avoid being damaged in transit.
